Possible ShadeFlare sighting?

Observation Details
Observed Behaviour
I saw a human girl who resembled ShadeFlare's bestial form greatly.
She was laughing and fidgeting next to another young woman, though I saw no cat-like appendages there was something oddly feline about her.
Additional Notes
She looked to be around the age ShadeFlare was theorised to have died and reincarnated, 19. Despite her laughter, there was something sad about her.
Danger Evaluation
1: The girl showed no signs of aggression, compared to the vicious attack on Seraph that ShadeFlare enacted.
