Observation Details
Observed Behaviour
Found it spying on the performers from the shore, occasionally leaping up and doing a flip as it clapped its front fins.
It didn't seem to have an owner.
Additional Notes
Aoka cannot in fact sing. Do not let it join in on opera performances.
Danger Evaluation
1: No one was worried about its presence, it was just vibing.
